MSI is looking for highly motivated and ready-to-learn individuals for internships within the CNC, CAD Design, and Toolmaker departments. These internships are paid, offer tuition reimbursement, and are a great fit for those who want to contribute to the work being done at our facilities.

MSI also has long-standing relationships with Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids and Greenville Technical College in Greenville to help support students in the CNC machining program and provide them with real-world work experience in the manufacturing industry. Each year, MSI offers several internships to students in these programs and pays 100 percent of the tuition to those who meet certain academic standards.
